Make sure to note down the newly set PIN. If you forget the PIN, it can only be reset by your service partner for a fee by resetting the handset.


Special procedure to reset an Alarm

When the Handset is in an Alarm state and due to any reason the Alarm is/can not be cancelled, via entering the Service PIN on the handset, it will switch to IDLE mode and will not be monitored anymore.
