Please check after update the Acoustic Profile setting, we have seen that there could be a wrong setting that causes audio quality problems.

Correct setting:

Audio Settings - Acoustic Profiles - Earpiece Tones - Low FrequencyDue to the new CATiq 2.1 implementation: If the device is used behind a non Gigaset system and you have a bad audio quality. This can be fixed by a factory reset of the Maxwell C.
