Introduction

The integrated conference server allows you to have spontaneous conferences with internal or external people connecting to this conference room.

How to start conference:

• Dial conference server number followed by the conference room number, example: 88 100
• The system will ask you for a PIN code.
  • Enter PIN followed by #
  • Enter # if no PIN is required.

Everyone who dials the same conference room number and the same PIN code will join the conference room.

The user do not need to manage the Conference server via the web-interface, the basic settings are done by the administrator during the installation.

Administrator settings.

The administrator can:

• Enable/ Disable the conference server
• Change the number of the conference server
• Enable/ Disable access for external callers
• Allow/Disable external callers to start a new conference.
