Introduction

In the Applications->System Phonebook->Entries menu, all configured telephone book entries are displayed with the corresponding speed dial index. The entries in the Description column are sorted alphabetically. Click the column title of any column to sort entries in ascending or descending order.

You can use the phonebook:

1. Search via the Phonebook key
2. Speed dial Number

Search via Phonebook key

DE.. devices

• Click on the phonebook key
• Type the first character of the name (You can enter more character to refine the search)
• Wait 2 seconds and every phonebook entry starting with this letter will be shown.
• Pickup the handset and click dial

How to dial the Speed Dial Number

Dialling using the Gigaset DE... devices.

The Gigaset DE... devices dialling the # is different then you would expect. By default the key is used for "Prepare Dialling" (Switch between "abc..." and "123..")
