Fichiers Wav

First you need to add the wav files for the IVR, see here how to generate wav files.

Vous devez d'abord ajouter les fichiers wav pour le SVI, voir ici comment générer les fichiers WAV.

Allez dans Applications -> Applications vocales et ajouter / modifier vos fichiers wav. Vous pouvez avoir un maximum de 10 fichiers wav dans le système.

 Go to Applications -> Voice Applications and add/change your wav files. You can maximum have 10 wav files in the system.

Configuration du SVI:

DISA

Description: Name for the IVR

Announcement: The wav file that is played when the IVR is called.

Target number: The number that is dialed when no key is pressed.

Transfer with: When the call is transferred, what should be caller hear.

Call switching: here you have different options, in this example we selected DISA dial code numbers.

Number of playbacks: How many times the Announcement is played when no action from customer is received.

Auto Attendant with DISA: Here you define what action should be done when a key is pressed.

The announcement is played and the call if forwarded to the Target number.

Nom du SVI

Annonce: Le fichier wav est joué quand le SVI est appelé.

Numéro d'appel de destination: Ce numéro est composé quand aucune touche est pressée.

Transmettre avec: Quand l'appel est transféré, l'appelant entendra ce qui a été choisi.

Transmission: Ici vous avez différentes options, dans l'exemple nous avons choisi DISA les numéros de code sont composés.

Nombre d'émissions: Combien de fois l'annonce est jouée quand aucune touche est pressée.

Annonce avant interrogation avec DISA: Vous définissez ici quelle action doit être faite quand une touche est pressée.
