Introduction

Call pickup is used to answer a call that is signalling on another device, there are 2 different Call pickup options.

1. Call pickup in the group
2. Call pickup for a specific extension

Call pickup in the group

By dialling a code, you can pickup a call that is signalled on another telephone. Call pickup is only possible within the group to which an extension has been assigned in the configuration. By default, all the extensions (all internal numbers) are assigned to the group.
