If consumer handsets from Gigaset or other handsets from other vendors are used , Gigaset cannot guarantee that these will work behind our Multicell solution and behind a Multicell system of Gigaset pro, operation cannot be guaranteed. And therefore we cannot offer any support. In case of problems, these handsets first have to be replaced by are used, replace them by the Gigaset pro handsets.
