Hidden firmware update page

1. Log in with “admin”
2. Go to the normal firmware-update page
3. Edit the link in the browser to following format: http://<IP-N720>/hidden_firmware_update.html
4. Use following links for
   1. DECT Manager: http://profile.gigaset.net/device/70/254/einsteiniwu085_70.bin
      Satellite: http://profile.gigaset.net/device/71/254/sat7108500000000.bin

To speed up the process first upgrade the DECT Satellites and when they are started then update the DECT Manager.
