Display mode settings

1. Press Image Modified and select Preferences.
2. Select Display and press Image Modified.
3. If any expansion modules are connected to the phone, use / to select Primary display and press Image RemovedImage Added.
   
   
4. Use the navigation key  / to select SmartLabel options (Fig.1) and pressImage Added.

5. Select Idle Screen Behavior, Call Screen Behavior, or Other Screen Behavior (Fig. 2) and pressImage Added. The default settings are indicated in bold italic in the table. The available options for the three different screens are:

6.  The configuration of the settings for all screens and other screens is done the same way.

Default and alternative display mode.
a. Select the display mode you want to change, for example the default mode (Fig. 3), and press Image Removed Image Added. In the following example, the default mode is set to Full(Fig. 3 and 4), and we want to change it to Short.

b. Use the navigation key / to select Short (Fig. 5) and press Image Removed Image Added to save and return to the Screen Behavior menu where the line underneath Default display mode now reads Short(Fig.6).

Alternative mode trigger. Use the navigation key / to select Alternative display trigger and press . The default is Long-press P4 Image Added. 

In the following example, the trigger is currently set to Off (Fig. 4), as indicated by the radio button, and we want to change it to Long Press P8.

c. Use the navigation key / to select another trigger.

d. Press Image Removed Image Added to save and return to the Screen Behavior menu.

7. Press Image Removed Image Added to return to the SmartLabel options menu (Fig. 2).

Timer setting for returning display mode to default

1. Press Image Removed Image Added-> Preferences -> Display -> Primary display (if there is at least one connected expansion module) -> SmartLabel options.

2. Select the Return to default mode timer (Fig. 85) and press Image Removed Image Added. The preset default is 3 seconds.

3. Enter a different number of seconds between 0 and 360 on the alphanumeric keypad and press Image Removed Image Added to save and return to the SmartLabel options menu. The timer now shows the new setting.

Note: If you enter 0 seconds, the display will not return to the default mode automatically.

Timer setting for returning label page to page 1

The page will automatically revert to page 1 after the number of seconds specified in this setting.

1. Press Image Added-> Preferences -> Display -> Primary display (if there is at least one connected expansion module) -> SmartLabel options.

2. Select the Return to first page (Fig. 6) and press Image Added. The preset default is 60 seconds.

3. Enter a different number of seconds between 0 and 1209600 seconds on the alphanumeric keypad and press to save and return to the Return to First Page menu. The timer now shows the new seconds setting.
