HTTP/HTTPS Remote Connection

Our advise is to use the LAN 4 port as the WAN port. This because of the services and assistants that are using the first ports with higher priority.

  1.  Configuration of port forwarding on the used modem/router.

    Austria specfic port forwarding configuration for A1 modem:
    Port forwarding from port 443 is NOT possible. It is recommended to use alternative port for HTTPS:

  2. Activation of NAT for WAN port EN1-1:

  3. Configuration of http and https connection:

  4. Creation of two exceptions for NAT:

  • Portforwardings für Port 444 auf 443 bzw. 80 auf 80 am Modem einrichten.
    • Zuerst bei NAT-Schnittstellen NAT für LAN_EN1-0 deaktivieren
