Issue: BLF keys on Gigaset DE devices behind the Gigaset T300/T500 are not signalling the status of devices or modules.

 

Cause: hint.conf on the PBX is wrong

 

Solution:

  • Program key on a device using the web-interface of the PBX. 
  • Save settings.
  • hint.conf is generated new
