A Factory reset returns all the settings to the default settings. Network configuration, VoIP connections, directories, call lists and all the individual settings are deleted or restored to the factory settings. 

Open Menu use to select Settings -> OK -> Reset -> OK -> Enter admin password -> OK

Disconnect the telephone from the mains power supply -> Press the key -> Reconnect the device with the power supply -> keep the key pressed during boot -> Device will after boot do factory reset.

-> Settings -> System -> Reboot and Reset

Reset to factory settings -> Confirm prompt with Yes.
