The Integrator is available in 2 versions.

Embedded Integrator (Up to 4 DECT Managers)
Virtual Integrator (Up to 100 DECT managers)

Each integrator when installed contains one DECT manager License.

If you need to add more DECT managers then you need to add a License.

The License is based on the N870 hardware MAC address.

Define the Master DECT Manager
Download the License Request file
Buy a License using the license file
Upload the new License

Grace period.

You can use the system without any license for 35 days, after this, the system will limit the web-interface and no handsets can be add/changed/deleted.

Only the pages that you need to fix the license will be available.

The system will stay functional.

After a factory reset, the system can be used again for 35 days without any license.

Install the Virtual Integrator with at least one DECT manager and set this as Master DM
When using the N870 as integrator only, an integrator license is not needed. Go to step 2.
Copy the MAC-ID from the STATUS page (12 digits MAC address + 4 digits)
Create your order that contains:
- MAC-ID +
- Virtual Integrator software License (Only needed when Virtual Integrator is used) +
- Number of N870 DECT MANAGER LICENSE +
- Number of N670 DECT MANAGER LICENSE +
- Number of N670 UPGRADE TO N870 FEATURE LEVEL

How to order additional licenses.

Copy the MAC-ID from the STATUS page (12 digits MAC address + 4 digits)
Create your order that contains:
- MAC-ID +
- Number of extra N870 DECT MANAGER LICENSE +
- Number of extra N670 DECT MANAGER LICENSE +
- Number of extra N670 UPGRADE TO N870 FEATURE LEVEL

If the license is not valid anymore due to:
Master DECT manager is broken and is replaced, therefore the license is not valid anymore.
You will have 35 days 1 Month to request a new License file, see the grace period.

The Master DECT manager need to be installed, connected and working as the real MAC address of this device is retrieved.

As the license is based on the N870 MAC address and the Virtual Integrator is not an N870 device, you need to define the Master DECT manager.

In the Integrator web-interface go to SETTINGS - DECT manager - Administration - Global settings

Select the Master DECT Manager.

To request a new License, you first need to download the license file from the device. Image Removed

The license file contains basic information about the system like:

Hardware information (MAC address of Master DECT manager)
Software version
Number of connected DECT managers / Base stations / handsets
Country selection
Data and time

The file content is encrypted.

In the Integrator web-interface go to SETTINGS - System - Licensing - Create Request File

Enter the number of additional DECT Managers you want to have.

The License request file is downloaded.
