Introduction

A message-waiting indicator (MWI), is a term for a feature that illuminates a LED on an device to notify the user of waiting messages. Maxwell 10 has no LED's to signal the MWI status but a full size screen that provide all info needed. The MWI notification on the Maxwell 10 can be seen on the Home screen.

The device will show you the following information: "New Voice Mail Count / Total Voice Mail Count" ,

in this example: 1 New Voicemail message and in total also 1 message.
