Introduction

A function key that is configured as BLF (Busy Lamp Field) indicates the status of a user.The key will flash if a call comes in and light up if the user is busy.

Phone Number: Enter the Phone Number of the user/shared line that is configured on the phone system as identifier.

Directed Call Pickup Code: When the key flashes during an incoming call, and you press the flashing key, the following will happen.

Directed Call Pickup Code	Phone number	Send to Platform/PBX when pressed during flashing
Pickup Code	Phone number	Pickup Code + Phone number
* 8	60	*860
Pickup Code \| Number	Phone number	Pickup Code + Number
* 8 \| 100	60	* 8 100

The "|" can be used as indicator to send only the Directed Call Pickup Code.
