Start the Microsoft Hyper-V manager
Action - New - Virtual machine
Click on Next >
Change the name of the new Virtual Machine,
and the location where to store the Virtual Machine.
Click on Next >
Select Generation 1
Click on Next >
Define the Startup memory
Click on Next >
Select: Default Switch
...
Click on Next >
Click on Finish
Virtual Machine is Created
Select IDE Controller 1 and click on Add
Click on Browse
Select the overlay.vhdx
Click on Open
Click on Apply
Click on OK
Click on Connect
Click on Start
