Description

Change the hostname of the phone here. If set, the hostname is used to sign syslog packages and as the title of the webinterface webpages.

This setting corresponds to DHCP option number 12. If

  • DHCP is enabled and the option is present in dhcp_options_on_ip_aquire
  • DHCP is disabled and the option is present in dhcp_options_on_inform

This setting can't be modified as the value will be retrieved via DHCP. To make the setting manually configurable again remove the option number from the respective list.
