When set to 'on', the results returned from an on-line telephone directory search will be sorted by Last Name (Surname) then First Name (Given Name). When set to 'off', the results will be sorted by First Name (Given Name) then Last Name (Surname). If the record does not include a Last Name, the Display Name is used instead.
