If enabled, the SIP server manages Call Forwarding Busy (CFB) for this SIP account (identity), i.e. the target number is set via the management console of the SIP server. The same way one can then activate/deactivate the feature.
The UI will show the current setup if the server synchronizes it's values with those on the phone (state and target). This setting does not specify how the server changes the redirection values nor how the phone updates them. (it may be done via TR69, DFKS or starcodes).
Identity → Features (Tab) → Server Managed (Section): Call Forwarding Busy (CFB)
press Settings - Call Features - Call Forwarding - Forward when Busy
Example: Call forwarding busy - On
In the Broadworks web-interface you have the setting: User →Incoming Calls → Call Forwarding Busy
If you enable/disable this in the Broadworks web-interface, you will see the change on the phone.
