When the UDP/TCP listener and the TLS listener are listening on a different port than from which the phone is communicating with the registrar, this option allows adding extra Contact: headers to the REGISTER message which represent the respective listeners.
The UDP/TCP listener port will be different if the phone connects to the SIP server via TCP or TLS because this requires a separate socket. The TLS listener port will always be different (if enabled). For setting the ports on which to listen see network_id_port and sip_tls_listen_port. |
