Description

This feature rejects SIP NOTIFY messages that have a wrong CSeq Value, e.g. an outdated CSeq.

When <on> the phone will reject any SIP NOTIFY with a wrong CSeq value.
When <off> the phone will process the SIP NOTIFY messages even if the CSeq value is wrong.
