Here we explain how to add a DECT device.
Get the MAC address of your device.
You can find the MAC address of your device on:
- Packaging
- Back side of the device
- Web-interface, STATUS page
- Wireshark trace in SIP and HTTP UA header
GRAPE - Add your phone manually
- Open the GRAPE web-interface go to: Phones - Add
- Enter the MAC address, you should automatic see which device it is
- Press Save
GRAPE - Device settings
- GRAPE offers on the right side all supported settings, select the setting you want to change
- When selected, you can fill-in the value
- Press Save
Start provisioning
If you want to test before the release date June 16th 2025 you need to make sure the provisioning URL in your DECT device is: https://secure-provisioning.gigaset.net/gigasetNx70/%MACD.xml
After June 16th all DECT devices are forwarded to GRAPE automatically.
Start on your DECT phone, provisioning:
- Reboot
- Web-interface: Start auto configuration
