Feature Access Codes (FAC) are special patterns (numbers) that are dialed from a telephone to invoke features on the platform/PBX like:

• Do Not Disturb (DND)
• Call Divert
• Anonymous calls
• Day/Night
• Many other features ....

They are dependent on the platform.
