Feature Access Code is a special sequences of characters that users can dial to enable/disable features on the platform / PBX.

Example:

Enable Call Forward always = *71 phone number

Disable Call Forward always = *071

From software 2.15.9, we have implemented the use of the character "&" this allows the user to add an additional number when pressing the FAC key.

1. User Presses the FAC key
2. On the phone you get the possibility to add additional number
3. After time-out or pressing the softkey "Send" the FAC + number is dialed.
4. FAC LED is activated
5. When pressing FAC key again
6. Disable code is send.
7. FAC LED key is deactivated.
