Introduction

The Maxwell 3 has an integrated phonebook for a maximum of 100 entries.

From software 2.18 the phonebook can be imported/exported via an USB plug.

  • The USB plug needs to be formatted with filesystem FAT32!
  • Do not use pendrive or USB hubs, only directly plugged USb plugs are recognized!

How to export the local phonebook to USB plug

  1. Plug the USB plug into Maxwell 3's USB port, use only FAT32 filesystem
  2. If the USB plug has been identified, you will see an USB icon on the Maxwell 3 display in the upper right corner
  3. Login on Web-UI as administrator
  4. Go to Settings/DeskPhone/LocalPhonebook
  5. Use "Import/Export Phonebook from USB flash drive" → Export button
  6. Confirm the export with "Yes"
  7. Remove USB plug
