Introduction

By default, the Hybrid 120 offers an advanced TAPI interface that allows company IT systems to be integrated perfectly. In this manner, users can interact with their internal telephone system regardless of the type of applications used (CRM/ERP/Groupware and proprietary solutions); not only can people select who they are calling with a single click, but they will also be able to conveniently manage incoming and outgoing calls and display detailed information about the contact from the very first ring. This type of solution optimizes and improves company work processes.

Hardware setup

The TAPI software has to be installed on a separate PC/server, see the picture below. For the Hardware/Software requirements, see the Software section.

Software

The software is available for:

Installation

Start the .exe and select the language.

 

 

 

 

If needed you can change the installation folder.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select how the connection to the Hybird 120 is done,

Select the LAN/USB connection.

 

 

 

 

 

Enter the IP address of the PBX.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then the TAPI software will automatic find the available TAPI lines and will show them in the software.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the Hybird 120 there is one setting that allows the usage of the TAPI, see the Class of Services settings.
