Gigaset phones refresh the DNS records typically after the TTL (time to live) of the record is expired. This ensures that the phone is always connecting to the first server returned by the DNS; this is necessary for Round-Robin load balancing with DNS A records, however this can cause unbalanced load in the case of DNS SRV records.
