Introduction

Call waiting is a feature where a user which is having an active call, is signalled that a new call is coming in, this can be done visually or via Call waiting tone. The called party is able to suspend the current telephone call and switch to the new incoming call.

This feature can be enabled/disabled.

User settings

Call waiting can be enabled/disabled in the User web-interface.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Administrator settings

To ability for the user to enable/disable Call waiting can be changed by the administrator: Administration - Users & extensions - Permissions.
