In the administrator web-interface: Administration - System - Systems settings - Basic settings you have the option "Import queue log"

The parameter "Import queue log" checks, if the Asterisk queue log from /var/log/asterisk/queue_log gets imported in the T640/T440 database.

Normally this log is a file, and if required we need to have those information in the database to use a reporting server to analyze and display the data.
