The FoneConnector 4 is a very flexible inbound and outbound telephone integration for Daylite 4

Take note, during the phone call and link those notes to the contact to get a full history of all communications with that person.
The supported 3rd party telephony solutions are Gigaset PBX, Starface PBX , Fritz!Box systems and software telephones like iSoftPhone and Skype.

A new feature in FoneConnector 4 is a the native support of Gigaset phones. And with the integration of AppleScript it is possible to hook up any phone supporting AppleScript.

 

Functions

Inbound phone calls* are being matched against the Daylite database and the caller ID is being displayed in the phoneConnector “Call Window” In addition to that, the call window displays a variority of details of the corresponding Daylite contact.

The option during and after a call:

  • Notes, informations etc. can be written down in a text field
  • The call can be linked to an existing project
  • Create new projects, tasks, forms and opportunities directly from the call window.
  • Dial with one mouse click directly out of Daylite and answer an inbound call with one click, too.
  • Delegate a call back task to your colleague. He/She will receive a task which is linked to the appropriate contact.
