The programmable keys can be used via the key application, the key widget or directly in the phone application. Some functions might differ, depending on the used PBX system or SIP provider.

DND

You can set the Do Not Disturb status ia the widget or also in the app. When activating, incoming calls won't be accepted by the device and automatically rejected. On some systems, for example behind Gigaset PBX systems, this status is synchronized with the PBX, so all devices, assigned to the user are on DND after activating it.

Change outgoing CLIP number

Behind Gigaset PBX systems, you can configure keys to switch between your assigned external CLIP numbers. You can also configure a key to set your CLIP to anonymous.

This feature might not be available behind other systems.

Dialling via BLF or Speeddial key

To dial a configured contact, just press the appropiate key. The Maxwell 10 will directly start to dial this number. Depending on the Call Manager settings (available in the WebUI) this call will be established via loudspeaker, headset or receiver.

There are 4 different status available for the BLF contact: unregistered (grey), idle (green), ringing (bell/yellow), busy (red)

Call pickup

Together with the BLF key a call pickup code is configured by default. When this feature is activated, and a colleagueis called, you can pickup the call. The incoming call is indicated with the ringing symbol next to the contact.

Group login/logout

Also behind Gigaset PBX systems you can log yourself into a group or out of a group just by pressing the appropiate key. If you're a member of several groups, this has to be done for each group separately.

Activating redirection

With this key you can activate the configured personal redirection on your Gigaset PBX system. You just switch it on/off, the target number was previously configured in the PBX system!

You can configure more than one programmable key widget. The widget can be changed in width and heigth. and you can scroll of course through the whole list of configured keys as you like!
