Call-Through (Direct Inward System Access - DISA)
This APP is tested with all releases.

This App is designed for companies who want to reduce the local and national interconnection charges involved in making calls to the Office and networked locations.

The basic idea behind this solution is enabling authorized corporate users outside the office to call a pre-allocated telephone (DDI) number for obtaining an announcement from within the organization's Telephone system in order to make calls to the college’s in the office or in an other location that is part of there telephony network. As a result, the company saves costs.

  • PIN-code protection for un-authorized users
  • Authorized users security based on CLIP
  • User guidance by integrated voice prompts
  • For security, voice prompts can be disabled.
  • Call-back possibility to save costs.

Add a telephone (DDI) number.

Authentication code: Security code for logging on to the call through system. If this field is not filled, no authentication is performed. The code length must not exceed 20 digits.

Trusted caller: List with Authorized users for which no authentication has to be performed.

Signaling number: This number is signaled to the called station when the App sets up a connection to an external number.

With callback: If this option is activated, the call is not accepted, rather 'busy' is signaled. The caller is then called back by the system assuming the caller's phone number (CLIP) was transferred. Calls made with this option do not give rise to charges for the caller.

Without voice menu: Security feature: If the voice menu is disabled, the caller is not informed of the key combination for the call through. Rather, the desired phone number has to be typed in and confirmed with the # button. In other words, only persons familiar with the system can use the call through.
