Hints for VoIP connection configuration

Calls being interrupted after 30 minutes
  • If your phonecalls are interrupted after 30 or 60 minutes, set the transport manually to UDP (preferred) or TCP and deactivate the automatic update for VoIP profiles
    • Settings → Telephony → Connections → Details → Network protocol

    • SIP network protocol - TLS/UDP/TCP
      • If a dedicated transport should be used with the Telekom profile, this needs to be set manually in the connection details
      • For using "TLS" as option, this must be selected manually, together with "SRTP"
      • Settings → Telephony → Connections → Details → Network protocol
      • And deactivate Deactivate the automatic profile update, otherwise the TLS new transport setting will be overwritten by the profile again.
      • Settings → System → VoIP profile → Automatic update
