Update, how to migrate your data to GRAPE !!!

Dear Gigaset Professional Partner,

This email will be sent to all of our current Gigaset partners that have an account on the Gigaset redirect server and on GRAPE

Gigaset will switch over to a new Gigaset Redirect And Provisioning Environment (GRAPE)

When do we switch over:

  • GRAPE already supports the Desktop devices ✅
  • The fixed date to switch N610/N670/N870/Integrator to GRAPE is Monday June 16th

Not ready to switch on June 16th?

If you are not ready before June 16th, there is no problem as we created a solution for this.

On June 16th, each N610/N670/N870/Integrator will be redirected to GRAPE !!!

Your device is available in GRAPE:

  • It will be managed by GRAPE
  • Redirect to your own provisioning server is supported
  • Auto-provisioning is supported
  • The current redirect server will not be used anymore

Your device is not available in GRAPE:

  • We will redirect the device from GRAPE to the current redirect
  • Redirect to your own provisioning server is supported

Info
In November 2025 we will stop forwarding the devices if not available in GRAPE to the current redirect, at this moment the current redirect can't be used for N610/N670/N870/Integrator anymore.

How to migrate your data from the current redirect to GRAPE?
