Click on

Desktop device - Add Product default

• Select the Product
  • P710
  • P810
  • P82x
  • P85x
• Select the Company (Optional), if not then it will be for your own company
• Firmware update
  Just enter the software version number, the device will automatically download from the Gigaset Firmware server
  Example: 10.1.198.162
• VPN (Optional)patch if required
• Press Save

Just enter the software version, each device of this type that connects to GRAPE will get this software version.

• 10.1.198.162

DECT device - Add Product default

• Select the Product
  • N610/N670/N870(E)
• Select the Company (Optional), if not then it will be for your own company
• Firmware update
  Just enter the software version number, the device will automatically download from the Gigaset Firmware server
  Example: 2.62.1
• Press Save
