Open the web-interface of the Maxwell 3 / Basic and go to: Settings - Network - IP

Select Static if your device has a fixed IP address

Select Dynamic if your device receives the IP address via a DHCP server

Subnet mask

The subnet mask specifies how many parts of an IP address the network prefix must comprise
Standard gateway

Enter the IP address for the standard gateway through which the local network is connected to the Internet
Preferred DNS

Enter the IP address for the preferred DNS server
Alternate DNS		Enter the IP address for the alternate DNS server that should be used when the preferred DNS server cannot be reached
