Applications - Voice Application:

Upload your wave file that you need for the announcement.

In this example we have an announcement for opening (Welcome Message) and closing times (Closed Messageclosing time (IVR).



Applications - Rerouting - Rerouting functions: Image Removed Image Added

First we need to create the Rerouting function for the day mode.

Description: Name of the function (Welcome MessageTo receptionist)

Announcement: The wave file you created for the Welcome message, see above. Off

Target Number: The group that will be called after playing the announcement.number of the receptionist

Transfer with: Here you have the possibility to determine what the customer will hear after the message. In this case a ringing tone.

Call Switching: DISA, dial code numbers N.A.

Number of playback:How many times the announcement is played, (1 time)

Auto Attendant with DISA: Define the DISA codes and the targets.

First we need to create the Rerouting function for the night mode.Image Added

Description: Name of the function (Only announcementNight IVR)

Announcement: The wave file you created for the Closed message, see above.

Target Number: No number will be dialed because it has to be disconnected.

Transfer with: N.A Here you have the possibility to determine what the customer will hear after the message. In this case a ringing tone.

Call Switching: Announcement without DISA. DISA, dial code numbers

Number of playback: How many times the announcement is played, (1 time)

Applications - Rerouting - Rerouting Applications:

Create a new Rerouting application

Description: Name of the Application

Type of Rerouting application: Trunk Number

Switch call signalling:

 

Click on Variant 1: Image Removed Image Added


We use Variant 1 for the Day mode.

Assignment: Select the day function, Welcome messageTo Receptionist


We use Variant 2 for the Night mode.Image RemovedImage Added

Assignment: Select the Night function, Only messageNight IVR




Numbering - Call Distribution - Incoming Call Distribution:

Assignment: Select the option Rerouting Application

Rerouting Application: Select the application you created above. (Main number incoming)

Active Variant (Day): Should be Variant 1

 

 

System management - Global Settings - System - Advanced Settings:

Do not forget to change the Routing for the Night mode, change this to Variant 2
