Introduction

The usage of groups (Teams) and the different variants will provide a lot of flexibility, here it is explained how this can be used.

 

Teams are groups of people working together to realize an objective. In practice, this means that all people within a team can be reached under the same subscriber number for external and internal calls. In the PBX, each team of telephones/terminals can thus be assigned a specific subscriber number to guarantee accessibility to internal and external calls. Individual structures of companies can be mapped by teams. Thus departments such as Service, Sales or Development can be called from inside or outside in a selective manner via team numbers. Within a team, the call can, for example, be signaled simultaneously to all, or first to one telephone, then also to a second, etc. In one team, answering machines or voice systems can also be used.

 

 

 

 

Example:

In the normal (day) situation, the incoming call is signaled to a group of people containing many members. During the night, the call is signaled only at some devices. During Lunch, the call is signaled to a handset or perhaps an answering machine. During public holidays there is also a special signalling.
