FAQ N870 - Integrator

The Integrator is available in 2 versions.

1. Virtual integrator (6000 DECT Managers and 20000 handsets)
2. Embedded integrator (4 DECT managers and 250 handsets)

An Integrator is needed when:

• Size of the system > 250 handsets.
• You need more then 60 DECT managers.
• You want to manage all DECT managers on the same or different locations via one web-interface.
• You want to roam with the DECT handsets between multiple DECT managers/locations.

Hardware:

Minimal:

1. 1. CPU: 1 x 1 GHz
   2. Memory: 256 - 512 MB
   3. Hard disk 1: SSD 1 GB
   4. Hard disk 2: SSD 1 GB

Recommended:

1. 1. CPUs: 2 x 1 GHz
   2. Memory: 512 - 1 GB
   3. Hard disk 1: SSD 5 GB
   4. Hard disk 2: SSD 5 GB

Software:

Vmware with virtual integrator software.

Capacity:

• DECT Managers: up to 6000
• DECT Handsets: up to 20000

License:

• Basic package has license for 1 DECT manager
• For each next DECT manager, additional licenses are needed.

Installation:

Hardware:

The N870 device can be switched via the role switch to an Embedded integrator.

Software:

Uses the normal N870 software.

Capacity:

• DECT Managers: up to 4
• DECT Handsets: up to 250

License:

• N870 with role embedded Integrator contains the license for 1 DECT manager.
• For each next DECT manager, additional licenses are needed.

Installation:
