The R700H+ supports 3 Alarm modus:

1. Basic (Via software update in February 2024)
   1. Alarm calls (VoIP) via Key-press and sensors
   2. There is no Alarm server connected to Nx70
   3. Can also be used if handset is registered behind non-Gigaset DECT systems
2. Alarm
   1. Alarm server is connected via MQTT
   2. Intelligent Alarming with 2-way notification with Alarm server via MQTT
   3. Sensors test is done when activated
   4. Handset is monitored to offer high security
   5. Works with N670/N870, software 2.57 or higher
3. PNG
   1. Monitoring following BGR 139 (DGUV Regel 112-139) certification
   2. Alarm server is connected via MQTT
   3. Intelligent Alarming with 2-way notification with Alarm server via MQTT
   4. Sensors test is done when activated
   5. Handset is monitored to offer high security conform BGR 139 (Certification planned for 2024)
   6. Works with N670/N870, software 2.57 or higher
