Introduction

Members can pick up calls from the other members of the group (group pickup).

Administrator settings

Pickup Groups

Define a Pickup Group and add the users to this group.

The Pickup group ID is used for the function key.

To ability for the user to use the Group Pick-up can be changed by the administrator: Administration - Users & extensions - Permissions.

User settings

The user can create a Key

When an user that is member of the Call-Pickup group is called, the Function Key will start blinking and on the display of the DE... devices you can see who is calling who. By a single key press, you can answer the incoming call.

When a user that is member of this Call-Pickup group is on the phone then the Function key will be on.
