To make sure that the Codec is working correct choose the right Codec Profile that was defined as shown below!

Due to restrictions of the Business Connect Services, it is necessary that in the hybird and the telephones the codecs must be new are correct defined. Therefore go to "Codecs Profiles" in the VoIP settings.
