Introduction:

We would like to achieve the situation below.

Office hours: Welcome message is played and then the group is ringing.

Closing hours: Announcement is played and call is disconnected.

For this we use the Day/Night mode of the PBX.

Night mode can be enabled by the feature code: *90

To disable the night mode and enable the Day mode the feature code: #90 can be used.

 

There are different possibilities to come to the same solution, below are 2 possibilities how to achieve this.


Option 1 is to direct the call to the Group and forward to the Rerouting function.

Option 2 is to first use the Rerouting function and then forward to the group.
