Introduction

Do Not Disturb or DND functionality is the ability of a phone or client to ignore any incoming calls.

This feature can be enabled/disabled.

User settings

Do not disturb can be enabled/disabled in the User web-interface.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Administrator settings

To ability for the user to enable/disable Do Not Disturb can be changed by the administrator: Administration - Users & extensions - Permissions.

 

Feature codes

There is no feature code for DND.

 

Function key on device.

You can activate the Do Not Disturb (DND) function if you do not want to receive any calls and you do not want the phone to ring.

You can still make calls when this function is activated.

DE... devices

Press the Do Not Disturb key.

Press the same key again to deactivate the function.

The key is lit up while the function is activated.

Cordless handsets do no have DND button.
