What's new:

• Added feature code *93/*93* to enable/disable DND

• Possibility to see on the display which night answer service is enabled
• Added global configuration parameter to control formatting of display names
  • Extensions will display the name according to DISPLAY_FORMAT possible placeholders are "(firstname)" and "(lastname)" and the name is created using sprintf. E.g. a DISPLAY_FORMAT %(firstname)1.1s %(lastname) will result in sprintf("%1.1s %s",$firstname,$lastname. A placeholder can not be used more than once.
• Added quick dial to global contacts
• Direct Dial: Enable direct extension dialing for IVRs
• Provide functionality to assign users to phones including phone resync, list of unassigned users and retrieval of nobody user id's associated to phones
